1. A quantity, not a quote
Unlike a standard quote request, the Christmas preorder asks you directly for a number of panettoni. That figure — added to every B2C and B2B preorder — guides the order we place with Pasticceria Giotto; we always order beyond that total. Orders start at ten pieces.
2. No payment at preorder
The preorder carries no immediate payment: it will be invoiced under our usual corporate-gifting terms, once your quantity is confirmed.
3. Personalisation and timing
Note your preferred delivery date and any personalisation needs in the form — we'll get back to you within 48h to confirm the details.
4. Arrival and dispatch
The panettoni are expected at our logistics partner, Réalise, the week of 2 November 2026, as an estimate; dispatch happens within 3 days of that receipt, the same as every preorder. After that date, the remaining panettoni go on sale in the shop while stocks last.

What is the minimum order?
Gift boxes: from five boxes. Christmas panettoni only, without a box: from ten pieces.
Until when can we order for Christmas?
Panettoni: preordering stays open at any time; they reach you as soon as they arrive at Réalise, in early November. After that: the remaining panettoni go on sale in the shop while stocks last. Gift boxes: assembled on request; allow at least 30 days before the delivery date you want. For delivery before Christmas, order before 16 November.
What's the difference between arrival, dispatch and delivery?
Arrival is the date the panettoni are expected at our logistics partner, Réalise — the week of 2 November 2026, as an estimate. Your preorder is dispatched within 3 days of that receipt. Delivery follows a few days later via the Swiss Post.
Will the panettone still be fresh by Christmas?
Yes — stored cool, dry and away from light, it keeps for several weeks without losing its softness.
Do you deliver outside Switzerland?
Switzerland only: we do not deliver abroad. Anywhere in Switzerland: one address, or one per recipient.
