Panettoni & seasonal treats
The general delivery estimate applies to available products. Seasonal preorders are dispatched after the products reach Réalise. The Christmas 2026 panettoni are expected on 1 December 2026; dispatch follows within 3 days of actual receipt. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. An order that combines available products and a preorder ships in one go, together with the preordered products. Delivery in two shipments can also be chosen in the basket, for a one-off supplement of CHF 12.00: the other products leave without waiting, the panettoni follow. A gift order always ships together.
For guaranteed delivery before Christmas, order by 16 December at the latest.

We prepare orders quickly. If you'd like to change your order, contact us by email within 2 hours of your purchase and we'll do our best. After that, the order is usually already being prepared.
Take a photo of the parcel and the damaged products as soon as you receive them, and contact us at info@gourmethica.ch. We'll arrange a replacement or a refund as quickly as possible.
Yes, we deliver throughout Switzerland — French-speaking, German-speaking and Ticino cantons. We don't deliver abroad for now.
Every order is packed by hand with care, in sober, elegant packaging. Fragile products are secured and protected. For corporate orders, we also offer custom packaging with your message.
