Our seasonal artisanal products — panettoni, Easter colombe — are available for pre-order before they arrive in Switzerland. During this period, your payment is confirmed, but shipping only takes place once the products reach our partner Réalise. You'll receive an email as soon as your order ships.

We prepare orders quickly. If you'd like to change your order, contact us by email within 2 hours of your purchase and we'll do our best. After that, the order is usually already being prepared.
Take a photo of the parcel and the damaged products as soon as you receive them, and contact us at [email protected]. We'll arrange a replacement or a refund as quickly as possible.
Yes, we deliver throughout Switzerland — French-speaking, German-speaking and Ticino cantons. We don't deliver abroad for now. If you're a cross-border resident or would like an exceptional shipment, contact us directly.
Every order is packed by hand with care, in sober, elegant packaging. Fragile products are secured and protected. For corporate orders, we also offer custom packaging with your message.
