Terms and conditions of sale

These terms and conditions of sale govern all sales of Italian artisanal food products made by Gourmethica (hereinafter « the Seller ») to any buyer (hereinafter « the Customer ») via the gourmethica.ch website.

Any order placed on the website implies full and complete acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale.

The Customer selects the desired products, adds them to the cart and proceeds to secure payment. The order is confirmed by email after the payment is validated.

Gourmethica reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of a product being unavailable or of suspected fraud, with a full refund to the Customer.

All prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF), including VAT where applicable. Gourmethica reserves the right to change its prices at any time; products are invoiced at the rate in force at the time the order is validated.

Payment is made online, securely, via Stripe. The accepted payment methods are:

• Bank card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
• Klarna
• Amazon Pay

Payment data is processed directly by Stripe and never passes through Gourmethica's servers.

Gourmethica delivers exclusively within Switzerland, within 2 to 4 working days from order confirmation. Delivery charges are calculated as follows:

If you are absent at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a delivery notice. Gourmethica cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Due to the perishable nature of food products, returns are not accepted except in the following cases:

• Product damaged on receipt
• Product not matching the order
• Product with an obvious quality defect

For any complaint, the Customer must contact Gourmethica within 14 days of receipt at the address [email protected], enclosing a photo of the product concerned. A refund or replacement will be offered depending on the case.

The photographs used to illustrate our Selections (gift boxes, sets) are mood images intended to convey the spirit, origin and inspiration of the selected products. The exact composition of each Selection is listed in detail on the corresponding product page, accompanied by individual photographs of each item. Only this list is authoritative as to the content actually delivered to the customer.

These terms and conditions of sale are governed by Swiss law. In the event of a dispute, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the competent courts of the Canton of Geneva shall have sole jurisdiction.
