A simple idea, carried through time.

Gourmethica began with a conviction: the products we choose for our plate can have a real impact without compromising on taste.

Behind Gourmethica there is a kitchen — and in that kitchen there is Teresa, who founded the house we have become. It is her taste, her hands and her memory that decide what we choose and how we cook it. She prefers to stay out of the spotlight: here, it is the cooking that speaks, not the portrait.

For years, this idea travelled quietly, hand to hand, by word of mouth. No storefront, no middleman. Just products that deserved to be shared, and people who came back because they were good.

Over the years, the idea has stayed the same: to find artisanal products that employ people in professional reintegration. Land returned to farming after being confiscated from organised crime. Ancestral recipes passed down in places where time and care are part of the process. Producers for whom social impact isn't a selling point — it's simply how they work.

We continue this project with the same method. Our products come from Sicily, Calabria, Padua. Logistics are handled by Réalise, a Geneva company specialising in professional reintegration. From the producer to your door, every step has been considered the same way.

It isn't an ethical pose. It's a way of choosing.
