The story of the maison
Neuchâtel, 2013. A story that carries on.
Gourmethica was born in Neuchâtel in 2013. At the beginning there were panettoni and colombe: two Italian specialities that belong to the holidays and are shared around a table.
The maison has widened its selection since. Alongside the festive moments come everyday pleasures: an olive oil, pasta, a tomato sauce, something good to put out for the aperitivo.

Since November 2025
In November 2025, Teresa Sofia took over Gourmethica. The maison keeps its conviction: the pleasure of eating well and the attention paid to the people who produce go together.
That story continues in the kitchen too. Gourmethica's recipes, tested in Teresa's kitchen, give the products a place in simple dishes to make again at home.
