Italian honeys and jams

Mornings deserve their share of Italy too. Our two honeys come from a beekeeping cooperative in Lunigiana: an acacia honey, soft and delicate, and a zagara honey, from orange blossom, fragrant and fresh. Our jams are made by the La Fraternità social cooperative in Rimini.

Three jams, three pairings you will not find everywhere: apple and ginger, bright and warming; pear and Calabrian bergamot, elegant; pear and camomile, floral and soothing. The acacia honey melts into a yoghurt or a tea; the zagara honey goes with a mature cheese. The honeys come in 250 g jars, the jams in 230 g jars.
