100% extra virgin olive oil, obtained directly from olives using mechanical processes only. A light yet generous oil, cold-extracted with excellent organoleptic qualities.

Born from the perfect balance between olives and flavours, it reveals fruity notes and a subtle bitter finish. Best enjoyed raw.
